Empowerment, Imagination, Responsibility
(How I view & practice AI as of Spring 2026)
My design journey:
I love bringing product design and business thinking together, with a focus on B2B growth & enterprise experiences. I’m currently co-creating the next evolution of Adobe Express, empowering users of all skill levels to craft compelling visual stories with hands-on creation or via the help of AI.
Before that, I spent 7 years at Atlassian building the commerce & acquisition engine for its products as the company went through its record growth post IPO. During my tenure, I gained valuable knowledge about teamwork collaboration, knowledge management and productivity optimization - the three main areas Atlassian products help solve.
I started my career working at an innovation agency and then an e-commerce startup (as a successful exit acquisition), working on a variety of new technology. My educational background was in graphic design and human-computer interaction.

My design approach:
Empathy: I strongly believe design starts with having a genuine empathy for our users. Without feeling their true pain points, any solution can be misleading.
Balance: As a product designer, it’s important for me to find the right balance to navigate the complexity of work. Speed and quality, user needs and business needs, near-term execution and long-term thinking are top of mind for me.
Collaboration: The more experienced I became as a designer, the more value I found in teamwork collaboration. I love organizing and driving impactful conversations as it brings the best ideas together into something much greater.

I grew up in the beautiful country of Vietnam. Since coming to the U.S, I have lived in Seattle, San Diego, Austin, and San Francisco.
At Atlassian, I always enjoyed all the work trips to Sydney (global HQ).
